FLUID yoga is celebrating 10 years
of providing yoga instruction to our community. We are giving back and saving your back and buck!
When: Saturday @ 4:00pm. Mat and towel required. Space is limited.

$10 Pregnancy
and Restorative Wellness: Breath Balance and Become
A 60 minute beginning yoga class for new mothers,
mothers-to-be and infertility patients seeking life balance.
This class is open to all students; the room will be warm but
not heated. It is an excellent opportunity for those not
ready
to experience the full 90 minute class or those beginners
adjusting to
the heat. The modifications help with back pain and extra/overweight
issues. More pregnancy+ yogaWhen: Thursday - 7:00PM and Saturday - 12:00Noon.
Cost: $10.00 drop in rate/per class fee.

your body feels, and how your mind eases stress. Please select the
class card or membership based on your ability to commit to yourself.
