Owned and operated by Bikram licensed yoga practitioner, Elizabeth
Palmer,
CYTA, RYT, FLUID Yoga offers Bikram method, hot yoga classes for
students both
advanced and
beginner. Inspired by her frustrations with overstimulated interiors,
toxins, odors, and bacteria, and unhealthy air quality environments,
and realizing the need to
provide Green energy solutions for the yoga
community,
Elizabeth has create a unique yoga studio offering classes 7 days per week.

A regular yoga practice for a
Bikram teacher equals
practicing 3-7 times a week. We know what it is like to practice and
teach when tired, overwhelmed, sick, or injured. We are
not super
yogis, we are human and we love what we do!

Prior to owning her studio, Palmer worked for Sun Microsystems, Inc. She achieved international success as a Marketing Brand Strategy Manager and Creative Director. Her knowledge and understanding of different cultures as well as the high tech and design industry is reflected in her teaching and in the studio's modern space. "I wanted to create a green + clean, contemporary yoga studio. The approachable environment is free from distractions, much like a 'day spa', so that yoga enthusiasts and beginners could focus on their practice."
